Our client is seeking a 'switched on', organised and efficient candidate, with good solid administrative and communication skills to join their Internal Recruitment team on what will initially be a 6 month temporary contract.
The position will be working from home at present but very soon this person will need to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week, more if required.
Supporting the Recruitment Manager, this candidate will deal with a lot of administrative tasks to include;
* Arranging interviews
* Contacting applicants to ask from basic pre-screening interview questions
* Posting job adverts
* Screening CV's and shortlisting candidates
* Updating the jobs tracker spreadsheet
* Chasing Line Managers for interview feedback
* Sending offer letters and contracts
Hours of work each week will likely total 37.5 hours between 8.00am – 5.00pm, this can be discussed at interview stage. There may be some flexibility to hire someone on a part time basis, 3 days each week. Full time salary will be based on a yearly salary between £18,000 – £25,000 depending on experience held.
