Our client is searching for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, you'll be overseeing the wider HR function which'll allow the team to run as smoothly as possible.
You'll be working as part of a joint venture between two leading contractors who are working in conjunction on a major infrastructure project in Buckinghamshire.
This is a great opportunity to work in a busy office environment on one of the most challenging and prestigious projects within the UK.
Please note that this position is on hold temporarily but will go live any time up until Christmas.
Your duties:
• Acting as the first port of call for HR queries from internal staff members
• Assisting the coordination of recruitment and onboarding new staff members
• Update employee records for payroll
• Send out employment contracts to new employees
• Liaise with recruitment partners
• Liaise with site staff for recruitment requirements
• Updating administration systems
• Monitoring staff absences and updating system
