Our client has a vacancy for a Compliance Administrator to ensure that pre-employment checks, including eligibility to work in the UK are performed to the required standard. The role is providing maternity cover and will be a fixed term contract for 10 months. It is likely to be 2 days working in the office and 3 days from home. Flexible working will be considered.
Requirements:
* Experience of working in a similar data intensive administrative role.
* Good working knowledge of word processing packages, spreadsheets and databases.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to plan and organise to meet deadlines
* Proficient and IT Literate in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to gain an understanding of University HR policies/practices in order to answer queries and resolve problems
* Excellent interpersonal skills and highly customer focused with the ability to support the client relationship between HR, Administrators and the wider University
* Commercially aware and able to understand the business priorities
* Able to multi task and manage conflicting priorities
* Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality.
