Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an HR Compliance Administrator to join their team on a fixed term 10-month contract.
Position: HR Compliance Administrator
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: DOE
You will…
Be responsible for managing the compliance administration.
Answering queries and resolving problems as required.
Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Manging all ‘Right to work’ and employment checks.
Liaise verbally and via written communication with external suppliers.
Keeping up to date with relevant guidance and training to support the line manager.
Maintain accurate records and files whilst adhering to GDPR.
Assist in the collation and maintenance of annual reports.
You must have:
Experience of working within a highly administrative role.
Experience of using Word and Excel.
High attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good numeracy skills.
Ability to multi task and a flexible work ethic.
