HYBRID HR Administrator role based in Milton Keynes
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team working in a fast paced industry.
We are looking for a driven individual seeking a career in HR and who is able to work under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Duties will include
Respond and manage the shared HR inbox in a professional and timely manner,
Updating HR data
Monitor and allocate tasks from the system
Ensure all documentation relating to payroll is delivered on time and benefit information is kept up to date
Help source and approach candidates using social methodologies to raise industry and local site brand awareness, assisting with interviews, on-boarding and orientation procedures and activities.
Maintain digital HR folders and archive leavers’ files, supporting audits and requests for information as required.
Maintain strong working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, liaising with them about service level agreements, changes and improvements.
Support the Head of HR with a broad range of adhoc tasks and projects as required
Working from home and the office 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Paying up to £25k + 25 days Holiday + Pension + other Company benefits
