A large manufacturing company are looking to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their Head Office team based in Milton Keynes. This role has varied duties, providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team: with a focus on recruitment, employee relations and learning & development.
This is a great opportunity to join the company as they embark on a large recruitment drive. Though a HR qualification is not essential, an interest in working towards this is preferred.
About the role:
– Accurate & timely data entry
– Complete HR and L&D admin
– Support the recruitment process: updating the website, liaising with agencies, using job boards, shortlist candidates & interviews
– Responding to references
– General duties: scanning, filling & event support

About you:
– Previous experience in HR, CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards (preferred)
– Working experience in an administrative role (essential)
– IT literate (essential)
– Well organised with a keen eye for detail
– Strong verbal & written communication skills
This role is full time: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:00pm with flexibility on start time for the right applicant.
