Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a HR Administrator based in Milton Keynes on a maternity cover contract initially.

The role…

As the HR Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

Respond to HR related queries from employees
Prepare payroll information, absence reporting and P11D via ADP
Administer paperwork for new starters and carry out relevant checks and references
Administer monthly pension payments and other company benefits
Monitor, review and arrange Fire Warden & First Aid certificates
Administer company car scheme
The experience required…

As a successful HR Administrator, you will have the following:

Previous experience of preparing payroll
Previous HR administration experience
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and ideally ADP
Ideally CIPD qualified

Salary: £25k pro rata plus retention bonus

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Full time, maternity cover contract (9 months initially)
Hours: 830am – 430pm, Monday – Friday
