A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a successful and thriving business.
My client is a National Construction company with is Head office based in Stowe, Buckinghamshire.
Having been established since 1955, they have seen massive continued growth and now have an opening for an Administrator to join their Human Resources Department.
My client are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience as office admin however this doesn't need to be from a construction background.
The role will be office based from our head office so a commutable distance would be ideal.
Job Summary:
To provide administration assistance to the Senior HR Advisor and HR Assistant in respect of the main aspects of the HR function. At all times ensuring best possible level of customer service to internal and external customers and ensuring that all relevant Company and Sector Specific procedures and policies are met in accordance with the Integrated Business Management System.
You will be reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, and will have the following duties:
Provide administration assistance to the HR team in respect of general HR processes & procedures
Maintain HR filing and assist with Absence Monitoring administration
Assist with administration support in respect of the company Occupational Health process and maintenance of the relevant data
Assist with the preparation of Company Induction folders and administration of the Company Induction processes
Assist with Leaver administration process and exit interview data collation
Provide administration support to HR Team in respect of disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings
Provide administration support in respect of Training and Development as required
Assist the HR team by answering general HR queries both by telephone and via emailWhat you get:
£21,000 basic salary
