Sky Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruiter, whilst assisting with admin and general support to our busy Consultants.

This is a great opportunity for a Graduate to train and develop in the exciting recruitment industry and the perfect candidate will have great people skills along with the energy and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive environment.

The role involves working alongside our Recruitment Consultants and completing the following tasks:

* Providing administrative support (typing letters, emails and CVs)

* Sourcing and registering candidates

* Taking out references

* Assisting in filling bookings/vacancies

* Maintaining in-house database with accurate and up to date information

Following training/progression this position will evolve, and taking on other responsibilities, eventually progressing to a fully fledged Recruitment Consultant role within six months.

To be successful in this role you must:

* Previous experience within an Office based role (Admin, Customer Service, Sales etc)

* Be ambitious and confident

* Have great communications skills

* Be a good team player

* Be able to handle multiple priorities

* Be a good listener

* Be able to work to deadlines and targets

* Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment
