Do you speak German and English to a fluent and professional standard? Are you experienced of working in a customer focused and process-driven environment? Is the work that you produce accurate and to a high standard? This role does not involve high volume of inbound/outbound telephone activity. Instead, it is answering/sending emails through the Salesforce platform and processing customer orders.

The team are currently working from home and expect to for the foreseeable future. Their working hours are 37.5 per week; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility required).

Duties include

Accurate data entry to meet the required quality and productivity standards.
Responding to communications via email.
Resolving order queries and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Providing a high level of customer service.
Prioritising and managing own time to meet service requirements.
Adhering to best practice, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy is achieved.
Ensure customer interactions meet the required standard as defined by the quality assurance framework.
Provide feedback to the Team Manager where any issues or potential improvements are identified with polices, processes and procedures.
Comply with company procedures, KPI's, GDPR etc.Experience required:

High-volume data entry with high level of accuracy.
Competent PC user including CRM systems and Microsoft office programs.
Excellent command of English and German.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to remain professional, calm and polite when under pressure.
Energetic, ale to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proactive and able to work to deadlines.
Customer service orientated.
Works well within a team environment.
Excellent awareness of GDRP & compliance.
Experience in data entry/order processing would be beneficial
