Front of House Receptionist – Fixed Term Contract
I am currently recruiting a Front of House Receptionist to work on an initial four-month fixed term contract. Working in a newly refurbished property based in the heart of Milton Keynes you will be responsible for a full front of house responsibilities as well as offering full support to the building manager
Delivery of a first-class reception, managing the front of house activities and providing a full reception service
Managing the visitor management process and signpost visitors to the appropriate business
Managing communal space, ensuring that the facilities are maintained
Report faults and/or incidents through facilities management
Arrange and administer parcel and letter distribution for the tenants
Oversee CCTV and access managementLocation: Milton Keynes
Salary: £10 per hour
Contract: Commencing January 2021, initial 4 month contract that is extremely likely to extend into a permanent role
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (£15,600 gross)
