French Speaking Customer Service Executive

Are you French speaking and looking for a role that will enable you to use your ability to speak multiple languages within a business that offer clear routes of progression?
Would you like to work within a company that spend millions per year supporting numerous charities across the globe as well as being one of the leading supplement brands on the planet?
In this role you will be the point of contact for the sales professionals in France and head office over in the US. You will utilise your experience within customer service but will be supporting employees as opposed to customers.
The company are a global manufacturer of supplements and health and well being products. Currently they are undertaking a significant expansion plan across Europe.
This is an ideal role for an English and French speaking professional looking for the opportunity to progress within a global business.
Core Responsibilities
Build relationships with sales executives that encourage and motivate.
Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement.
Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of compensation plan.
Respond accurately to questions.
Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letters.
Qualifications and Experience
Fluent in English and French
Outgoing and positive personality
Ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems
Proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs
