About the role

For this role, we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for great colleague service to assist our Lead Fleet Co-ordinator in providing a safe and effective commercial and grey fleet service to our Paradigm colleagues.
We have a well utilised company car provision and we are in the process of rolling out a new fleet of 140 hybrid vans for our technicians so there has never been a better time to join Paradigm. You’ll always be busy dealing with colleagues across the organisation as well as our external suppliers. No one day is the same and you’ll find the work highly rewarding. One day you may be looking at safety and compliance and the next driver behaviour and how we can become more green and environmentally efficient. The full job description is attached below.
This role is working 30 hours over 4 days (no weekends) in a hybrid work model working from our Head Office based in Wooburn Green and at home.
