Wild are working on a full time position working as a Finance Administrator. This is working for a market leader in its field, for a company who invest in their employees. This role will be office based.
As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for covering both sales and purchase ledger.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Posting and allocating customer receipts
Posting and allocating supplier payments
Reconciling the credit card payments and raising invoice to ledger
Drawing down paypal payments
Resolving customer queries
Responding to emails from suppliers and customers
Contacting customers who have overdue invoices to chase payments.Experience:
For this role you will need to have worked as a finance administrator. You will need to have experience in both sales and purchase ledger. You must have experience using sage. You will need to have excellent written and verbal skills. You must have worked within a fast paced environment and be a strategic thinker.
