Field Service Agent

£23,500.00 per annum

Our client is recruiting a Field Service Agent within their team, based within their Milton Keynes office. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Agent will work within the team to support customers both internally and externally, with an aim to provide a quick and efficient service to customers booking installations and arranging service calls for all products. The Field Service Agent will also be responsible for answering calls from engineers out in the field who wish to commission units and test them on service calls. There will be admin tasks to be carried out throughout the day using various systems which effect the business, customers and vendors.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

* Ensuring a smooth installation rollout for new customers

* Supporting external contractors

* Working with other areas of the business

* Average of 250 emails/calls handled per day

* Keeping daily management accurate

To be a successful Field Service Agent you must be:

* Educated to Degree level

* Accurate in your working, attention to detail is essential

* Ambitious, have the drive to succeed and develop

* Highly organised with ability to prioritise work in a systematic and methodical manner

* Customer focused with the ability to view things from a business perspective

* Able to work under pressure, on your own using initiative, be motivated and have a "can do" attitude

* Able to work well in an ever-changing environment and even initiate the changes where needed

* A strong communicator, both written and oral
