Facilities Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator on behalf of our client who provide facilities management to commercial premises, retail space, office space as well as residential accommodation.
Facilities Administrator – More about the role:
– Administration support to the property estates team to carry out facilities management to a number of commercial premises.
– Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
– To ensure all quoted work instructions are handled and delivered within client specific SLA’s / KPI’s.
– To ensure works estimates are processed as per the correct procedures.
– Creating weekly and monthly reports
– To ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with progress of quoted works including start and finish dates communicated to all.
– To undertake general administration work on behalf of the client including covering other roles within the team when needed.
Facilities Administrator – More about you:
– You will have previous experience in a similar role.
– You will have experience of adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
– You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– You will be used to working effectively within a team, making decisions in line with client requirements.
