We're seeking an eCommerce Sales Administrator for our client in Milton Keynes, a global leader in IT asset disposition, secure data destruction and technology manufacturing services. This is a permanent position with a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 and a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team

Responsibilities
As eCommerce Sales Administrator you will be responsible for supporting Sales activity and “reselling” various IT commodities. You'll also look after customer service related administration and activities. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Identifying sell-able products and researching the products to gauge true market value
Understanding a variety of IT hardware; what it does, and what type of people/businesses use them
Listing products on eBay and on the company website
Working with tech and operations department to ensure accurate spec information providing
Coordinating with shipping department to ensure products are delivered/picked up in a timely fashion
Liaise with all areas of the company to meet and exceed goals and customer needs, and assure that every step of the process is flawless
Provide marketing support to our eCommerce channels when necessary This is a varied role that will also have responsibility for administrative functions including;
Customer Service duties
Sales Order Processing
Manage Returns and create credit memos
Organise Shipping and manage logistics with customers
Create Sales Reports for Management
Manage Open Sales Order, push to get shipped on time
Create invoices after shipments
Assist Finance with debtors ledger
File documentation as per ISO requirements This role is Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4.30 pm.
Skills and experience
2-3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer service
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and systems
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Good business acumen
Some technical/IT knowledge preferred
Background in marketing or design skills preferred
Customer focused
Knowledge of MS Dynamics an advantage
Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
