Data Services Administrator

Temporary to Permanent

£23,000 per annum

Milton Keynes

Key responsibilities of the Data Services Administrator will include but are not limited to:

Provide support and information to the field team whilst on they are on site.
Ensuring that the field team has been provided with all of the necessary information to enable them to access the site and successfully carry out the work required
Investigate and resolve errors affecting customers' data
Use Excel to create and provide reports for engineers and customers
Deal with customer queries
Support to the wider department in resolving queries
Support to your colleagues on complex data queries by sharing skills and knowledge
Manage and understand the expectations of the customer and ensure service lines are adhered to
Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
Work closely with the other teams to ensure that customers satisfaction is always met

The Data Services Administrator needs to have:

Experience in a Customer Service environment
Organised and responsive, enjoys working at a fast pace
Good level of Microsoft office packages including Excel
An appreciation of data alongside great analytical skills
Can manage own time well and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
Good level of written and spoken English
