Our client is seeking a Data Quality Executive to join their Milton Keynes based Data Quality team.

This position will involve a mixture of home and office-based working.

As part of the Data Quality team, you will play an important role in ensuring the data is of the highest quality, as a trustworthy source of information for the public.

The job will involve…

Daily management of queries received by telephone and email inbox
Assessing the urgency of inbound queries and prioritising cases requiring action
Ensuring team and personal targets of a 3 day turnaround are achieved
Raising queries with the Data Quality Advisor team for investigation
Liaising directly with customers and consumers, responding to complaints and requesting additional information when required
Build strong relationships and work alongside the Account Management team
Be the point of contact for sometimes difficult phone calls
The Person will…

Work under your own initiative, taking responsibility for your own workload
Be self-motivated to always achieve your targets
Be a great communicator both verbal and in writing
Be proactive and share honestly and early to arrange support when needed to meet team targets
Be able to demonstrate understanding and empathy
Have excellent relationship building skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Have a good understanding of GDPR
