Data Analyst

Temporary to Permanent

£23,000 per annum

Milton Keynes

My international client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated analyst who possesses excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of Excel and Word. You should enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively.

Key responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve errors affecting the quality and completeness of Customer Data
Varied analysis of data
Deal with queries from clients relating to the data we hold
Support other departments in dealing with customer queries
Manage and understand the expectations of the customer and to ensure service lines are adhered to
Process data in accordance with our contractual deadlines
Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer to ensure outstanding work is within agreed targets
Provide support to your colleagues on complex data queries by sharing skills and knowledge service and that both internal and external service levels are met
Prioritise and manage your workload to team and industry timescales

Skills required

Communication skills, able to listen and absorb information whilst confidently identifying training needs.
Keen eye for detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing workloads.
Ability to work on repetitive tasks efficiently.
Good problem solving skills, able to grasp problems quickly and draw informed conclusions
Anticipates issues and is pro-active in dealing with them
Flexible, willing and able to cope with change with the ability to work under pressure
Positive and enthusiastic with a can do attitude
