About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
We're looking for a Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. This role will be flexible in location and you will have the opportunity to work remotely.
We would expect you to provide diligent and methodical administrative support to the Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SH&W) and Assurance and Compliance functions. We would like you to have a strong focus on the handling and manipulation of Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Data.
You will support the Central SH&W Team with daily administrative tasks and following the business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling and Reporting.
We would expect you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information.
We would also like you to gather and interpret data to produce both internal and external reports. You must also develop and maintain an up to date and detailed understanding of the project and the needs of the client as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders in our business.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent working knowledge of O365
Knowledge of Microsoft Forms and Power BI
Excellent Organisation skills
Able to work on own initiative
Minimum Grade C GCSE (Or equivalent) in Maths and English
Exceptional attention to detail
