Job Title: Data Administrator
Full time: 37 hours
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum

With the help of our sister company, EDW Technology, we are ideally placed, in this rapidly changing energy landscape, to deliver technology-driven products and services to help our customers meet their net zero carbon emission targets.
Our Data Management team ensure the accuracy of energy management data is held for our customers in our own Sigma Energy Management software. Working within a team of 10 people servicing multiple customers, our new Data Administrator will be required to complete the following tasks:
Data processing of utility bills within KPIs and SLAs (Invoice Turnaround times)
Loading and importing historical energy billing data, EDI files, self reads
Scanning
Investigate bill validation failures and raise queries
Producing accounts payable export files and Reports
Proactive identification of missing information from database
Key skills and experience for this role includes;
Education – Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
Attention to detail – high numeric accuracy
Time Management – Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer Services – Previous experience in a customer services environment
