I am currently working with fantastic company based in Milton Keynes on the role of Customer Service Coordinator.
This position is temporary on-going for at least 4 weeks, paying between £11 -£11.28 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Stock management (logging damages and lost goods)
Offer guidance and assistance to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction is on highest level
Promoting health and safety
Administration duties to support supply chain
Collation and analysis of documentation
Follow ups with customersExperience:
Experience with working in Customer Service and Administrative role
Highly organised
Able to deliver, receive and act on feedback
Great attention to detail
Experience handling objections and is confident managing challenging customers
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics
Experience of always providing a high level of customer service
