We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well established client in Milton Keynes.

You will be working from home and the office.

The role will involve:

Dealing with customer queries

Providing reports on Excel to clients

Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Problem solving

Looking to resolve issues over the phone before sending out an engineer,

Dealing with engineers queries

Providing call centre cover when needed.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with occasional morning weekend work from home (Paid at an overtime rate)

Paying £22,000pa (£23,0000 with weekend work)
