We are looking for an experienced Customer Liaison Coordinator to join a well established client in Milton Keynes.
Working from home and the office.
You will be working in a fast paced role.
You will have your own allocated clients that you will manage and be their first port of call.
Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Providing reports on Excel to clients
Dealing with escalated queries
Problem solving
Looking to resolve issues over the phone before sending out an engineer,
Dealing with engineers queries
Providing call centre cover when needed.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with occasional morning weekend work from home (Paid at an overtime rate)
Paying £22,000pa (£23,0000 with weekend work)
