Customer Service Advisor
£9.00 per hour, rising to £9.23 after twelve weeks.

Hours of work:
Rotating shift – Monday to Friday – 0800 to 1700 / 1000 to 1900, working 2 Saturdays a month with a day off in the week. Standard 42.5 hours a week.
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a 4-month temp assignment up until January 2021. You will be working within a fun and fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
A High level of customer support within a busy customer service department.
Responding to high level of customer calls, providing solutions.
You to multi- task while using IT systems.
Resolving issues as they arise and offer potential solutions.
Maintaining regular contract with customers on the telephone and build relationships.
Responding to customer calls and emails.
Telephone-based position, so you will be confident with a great telephone manner.
To be successful in the role you will be:
Highly organised and capable of planning and prioritising tasks.
Great at listening
An excellent communicator
Good time management, planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills bother verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure.
