My client, a leading company based in Amersham are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a full time permanent contract.
Your role will involve –
Answering inbound telephone calls
Creating new accounts on SAP and linking new orders
Using SAP to log customer queries
Processing of all telephone and email orders
Provide telephone support to the sales agents
Replying to customer's correspondence by phone, email and letter
Action delivery amendments
Capturing sales orders for sales agents
Accurate recording of information whilst processing administration tasks
Running reports
Office Administration
This role will also involve Warehouse duties –
Responsible for inbound warehouse deliveries and shipments
Log and return faulty stock
Accept and post out new orders
Chase couriers
Experience required –
Minimum of two years Customer Service experience
SAP experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience
Flexibility with working hours
Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
