Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their professional, welcoming and busy team on a temporary basis for the next 6-9 months.
The candidate will liaise with clients on a daily basis, dealing with defect resolution and invoicing.
A bright, astute candidate with some form of customer service experience will be considered as training can be provided.
This person should be able to organise an extremely busy workload in an efficient manner, be resilient, focused and have good attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience on Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Parking is available on site and the office is not accessible via public transport.
