Customer Service & Admin – Weekend work!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at OA for a customer service and admin role where you will be delivering outstanding customer service to candiadtes & clients on-site!i
This role will be suited to someone able to work in a fast paced environment, comfortable making quick decisions and a confident problem solver.
We are looking for strong minded, confident and resourceful individuals who can confidently speak to candidates and clients face to face.

Hourly rate is negotiable
What you'll get up to:
Confidently speaking to candidates & clients face to face on-site & offering them support when needed
Answering any queries and requests from candidates as well as delivering excellent service
Making sure everything is running smoothly on-site in different departments
Dealing with any issues from candidates, managers or clients in a professional manner
Completing administrative tasks, for example – making sure candidates get sickpay
Learning our systems (full training will be provided)
