Our client is looking for a Customer service administrator to work within their busy Sales team. The role is essential in providing the sales team with much needed administration support, as well as keeping customers up to date with their orders.
Your main duties as a Customer Service Administrator will be to :
* raise SAP orders
* keep customer up to date with orders
* liaise with external suppliers and service providers to ensure contracted requirements are met
* Contract review sales orders to ensure they are entered correctly into SAP
* To control and administer the customer orders/schedules
Your working pattern as a Customer Service administrator will be Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00, with an early finish on Friday at 13:30.

The position for customer service administrator is temporary for 12 weeks then will move to a permanent position
