Temporary role to start on Monday 20th September – £11.28 per hour

3 month assignment.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in working in a customer service environment.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be pro-active, reliable, self-motivated with strong communication skills and be willing to contribute to the wider team. Ability to multi-task and be able to use Word and Excel.

Main Duties:

* Regular customer contact and providing delivery updates.

* Ensuring all orders are processed and sent to the warehouse by 1.30pm daily.

* Process orders on inhouse system – full training given

* Stock enquiries

* Providing proof of deliveries
