Customer Service Administrator, Milton Keynes, £10.50 per hour, ASAP – 31st December 2021 initially.

Your new job
To deliver an excellent service to all customers as an 'information and administration provider' providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty. Ensure all customer and retailer requests are responded to and ensuring customers are fully informed and have been guided through their Service Care contract.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has proven customer service experience in an administration role. Previous call handling skills and the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times. To be computer literate with various packages such as Word, Excel and must be comfortable working towards targets
