Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a number of skilled customer service professionals to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis. This position will involve a mixture of home and office-based working, and applicants must be immediately available.
Position: Customer Security Specialist (6 month FTC)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £22,000 per annum
The job will involve…
Deling with a high volume of inbound enquiries on various channels (phone, email, live chat)
Verifying details over the phone in line with GDPR
Handling objections and/or complaints in a professional manner
Responding to emails in a prompt and professional manner
Recording accurate and up to date customer information from outbound calls
Adding new users to the company’s system
Providing basic technical support (no experience required, you will be taught everything you will need to know)
The Person will…
Have experienced working within customer service
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Be a confident and clear communicator that enjoys interaction with customers
Be comfortable asking for help and/or advice if required
Be accurate and methodical with excellent attention to detail
Have experience dealing with challenging conversations in a professional manner
