My client is based in Milton Keynes and can offer you at 6 month fixed term contract as a Customer Care Assistant. You will be the voice of the brand and deal with all incoming calls, you will be required to take messages and pass to the relevant departments, support stakeholders and suppliers with queries. You must be passionate about giving good customer service, focused and be able to learn new system i.e. SAP.
The role
Take all incoming calls
Deal with national accounts
Processing orders
Dealing with customer queries
Work closely with the sales and manufacturing team
Use SAP for orders
Pass on messages to relevant departments
six month FTC with a view to be extended You must
Have worked within a customer service role previously
Retail experience as a minimum
Be able to build good rapport with customers and colleagues
Work in a fast paced role
Be looking for a challengeFree parking
