The Role
Logging service/repairs calls on the CRM database
Answering Calls and emails
Manage engineers diaries to ensure customers expectations are met
Provide great Customer Service to clients,engineers and builders
General administrative tasks The Candidate
Excellent customer service and administration skills
Strong communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Team player
Multitasker
Great IT skills (Excel, Outlook etc)
