Coupa Supplier Enablement Co-Ordinator
Fixed Term Contract until November 2021
This is a project role to support the enablement of suppliers on the Coupa platform. Own and manage the supplier communications and education of suppliers at all tiers. Work with Coupa design and embedding team to ensure supplier performance is managed in accordance with new processes, and electronic processes are adopted.
This position will be working from home at the moment however, you will need to be flexible to travel to our office in Milton Keynes when required.
Main Responsibilities
* Responsible for update and maintenance of supplier tracker and enablement reporting
* Support data workstream with supplier relevant information such as contact and purchase order email address collection, ensure Supplier Master Data is correct & consistent across systems
* Participate in multi-tier supplier enablement including catalogue and webform build
* Support content enablement set up such as preparation of catalogue files and webform templates
* Support set up and invites for Coupa supplier portal
* Manage supplier communication and chase contact with all tiers of suppliers to ensure e-Invoicing enablement maximised during hypercare and embedding phases (in line with project KPI targets)
* Work to support suppliers with queries and issues during implementation and post go live, providing additional training where required. Act as supporting team member during embedding phase with specific focus on supplier familiarisation
* Participate in and support supplier training sessions
* Assist with supplier enablement statistic reporting
* Identify and support non-compliant suppliers to ensure compliance going forward
* Review and action group mailbox for supplier and business queries on supplier portal
* Work alongside the embedding team in engagement of the business post go live to ensure that the Approved Buying Channel is used
The Ideal Candidate
* Degree level qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience using the Coupa platform or other P2P suites is preferable
* Some prior experience in procurement or supplier management preferable
* Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
* Analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Good organisational skills
