I am currently looking to for a Conveyancer Assistant with 1 to 2 years previous experience within a similar conveyancing role. You will get to work in a small team with excellent opportunities to progress through the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as first line escalation for the Conveyancers Administrator's queries and support the team to achieve company objectives.

Role
Day to day management of sales files
Managing own email account
Ensure case management system is accurate and maintained in a good order
Drafting sales contracts
Prepare files for exchange of contracts
Prepare file for completion
Assisting the conveyancer with all purchase and other matters
Preparing accounts echits for all receipt and payments
Dealing with completion matters
All ad hoc admin duties
To be considered for this role you must have the following
Customer focused and able to cope with peak demands
Ideally 2 year's experience within a similar role or 1 year for the right person- Residential Conveyancing
Be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the conveyancing process
Must understand titles
Excellent attention to detail
Sales and re mortgage experience
Good oral and written communication
Must have experience in reviewing titles
