My client, a leading Engineering company based in Denham are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator role on a permanent basis.
Your role will involve –
Account management of allocated clients with a focus on bid and proposal preparation in accordance with company procedures
Contract negotiation, management and administration
Customer relationship management including managing and report of arrears and debt
Using SAP in order to generate reports and answer queries
Managing contract administration including invoice management and customer reports
New business development
Debt management
All administration duties
You will be –
Experienced within Aerospace/Defence industries
Knowledgeable within procurement procedures, bid management, contract law and agreements
Strong numerical skills
Familiar with sales process, bid processes and account management
Knowledgeable within contract negotiation
Degree of 2:1 and above
Experienced within Microsoft Office and SAP
