My Client, a leading and expanding construction contractor has an opportunity for a Compliance Clerk to join the team!
For Compliance, the main objective of this role would be to ensure our supply chain is compliant with all Company Policies and Procedures as well as HMRC requirements.
Duties include
Compliance checks on supply chain and address any non-compliance (including
compliance packs and insurances)
Manage supplier accounts by telephone and email
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by line manager
Required
Maths & English GCSE
Ability to use own initiative but also
Follow processes and procedures & suggest ways of improving these
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
Ability to interrogate data and information received
Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
Must have a strong work ethic
Professional at all times
Passionate about the role
Enjoys seeing a job through to the end, takes ownership
