Job Description
A growing property management company is currently on the search for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their Legal and Compliance Team. This is a permanent full-time role paying up to £19,000 to £21,000 and located in Milton Keynes.

What you will be doing?
Coordinate with and provide administrative support to solicitors and members of the team.
Primarily handle transcription services or audio typing of legal documents and letters, correspondences, and other necessary files using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Attend and record minutes of internal and external meetings as needed.
Diary management and setting up meetings.
Collect data, provide monthly reports, and undertake internal audit and compliance reporting.
Other general office functions such as answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, directing calls, completing forms, liaising with the IT department and other contractors for issues, ordering supplies, etc.
What experience will you have?
At least 6 months experience working in compliance administration and audio typing.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
Ability to work independently and has a proactive attitude. Can work with minimal supervision.
Strong IT Skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Has experience using a Case Management System.
Presentable and articulate.
