We have a fantastic opportunity for a focused, detail orientated individual to join an established and fast-paced agency recruiting for the medical sector.
Our client is a modern, successful healthcare recruitment business focused on placing doctors and nurses into the NHS and private sector. They are looking for an experienced compliance administrator who will be responsible for liaising with locums and ensuring they are fully compliant before they begin work.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with candidates and obtaining compliance documents
Liaising with colleagues to discuss requirements
Ensuring all new registrations are compliant and ready to work
Liaising with client management teams to determine dates of when new candidates will start work
Brief candidates of regulatory changes and implement where necessary
Database management and reporting
Referral and marketing projects The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous administrative experience
Excellent organisational skills
A good attention to detail
Strong people and communication skills
An ability to analyse and interpret information quickly
Good oral and written skills Working hours for this role are 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
