Red Sky Personnel have an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our growing team.
This role can be completely remotely, or at our offices in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. You will be provided with a company laptop and mobile.
The purpose of the Compliance Administrator is to complete the full application process for candidate airside pass applications at various airports across the UK. Supporting the Aviation division in delivering staffing solutions across the UK.
The role:
* Processing candidate registration and obtaining required documentation
* Obtaining previous 5-year employment references for successful candidates
* Collecting and storing candidate information in line with GDPR
* Using email and telephone to keep candidates informed of their referencing progress
* Preparing 5-year candidate screening packs ready for submission to the Airports ID Centre. Ensuring all information is collected and presented to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and individual ID Centre regulations
* Working to deadlines to ensure staff can start when required by clients
* Keeping up to date with CAA, Department for Transport (DfT) and Airport ID Centre regulations and guidelines regarding obtaining Airside Passes
About you:
The successful Compliance administrator will have experience in a similar role, having completed the full airside pass vetting process to CAA and DfT regulations
Experience using ID-Gateway or M-Trust pass management portals is essential.
You will also possess the following skills and ability:

* Well organised with the ability to prioritise
* Self-motivated and able to plan daily & weekly tasks on your own accord
* Ability to multi-task and implement efficient working processes
* Able to demonstrate resourcefulness and ingenuity
This is a temp to perm position offering a salary of £22,000 – £25,000 dependant on experience
