SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator
This is a temporary role, looking for someone to start immediately.
THE ROLE
A range of administration tasks, including:
– Booking of competition venues.
– Utilising and updating project plans and reporting documentation.
– Administration of tournament and league systems, to support tournament organisers and players entries.
– Administration of volunteer recruitment and accreditations systems.
– Day to day contact with our customers, including for example officials and players.
– Raising invoices and purchase orders on internal finance system.
– Maintain a clean and safe event storage area, including general load/unload of vans for events, and genera setting up of event equipment.
– Packing and distribution of event equipment, for example shuttles and medals.
– Other general administrative duties as required.
– Procurement of event equipment.
THE CANDIDATE
– Strong PC skills (knowledge of office package)
– Highly organised
– Strong attention to details
– Excellent communication skills
Hour rate: £9.50
Hours: Monday to Friday 36 hours per week
