Job title: Online Commercial Administrator

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum + parking + benefits + remote working 

Job Purpose:

Working within our busy Buying team your role will be to assist the Online Commercial Manager. Your main focus will be to support our online channels ensuring their sales & stock levels are maintained. This means maximising online availability of existing lines  ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

You will have practical retail experience combined with a sound knowledge of product in the current toy space. As well as being proficient in using systems and a confident excel user, you will also need to be comfortable and adept in building relationships with people across internally and externally functions. You will need to be well organised; working closely with cross departmental teams to meet challenging delivery deadlines.

The role also requires an element of flexibility with your work hours as the replenishment element will require early starts.

Responsibilities:

Online availability – Ensuring that the online store is being replenished to business requirements.
Work with the warehouse and Online Trading team to identify assortments and drive the assortment availability.
Work closely with the Online team to support their promotional plan.
Investigating failed search, email me back intel suggesting business opportunities for web.
Identify opportunities using the Top Sellers report that will drive sales and ensure product is in the right place.
Working with Buying and Online teams to identify pre-order lines and support the end to end processes.
Work closely with Buying Admin to ensure stock on order is arriving on time and information is communicated with the Online Trade team.
Work closely with the Stock Control and the Warehouse team to improve stock accuracy.
Support the warehouse team with back-order requests locating stock from local stores.
Work closely with the Online Commercial Manager to launch, set up and drive Dropship.
Be prepared to support relevant projects as and when they manifest themselves
