Our client is looking for an organised and dynamic Client Success Executive to join their rapidly expanding team based in Milton Keynes. As a National multi-tenant SaaS system which hosts B2B loyalty programmes for international brands such as Michelin, Kimberly Clark, Miele and Vodafone, they have seriously ambitious and achievable growth plans for the year ahead and are on a mission to help ambitious businesses build more rewarding relationships with their employees and customers.
Working with the Client Success Managers, the Client Success Executive will be an acting champion of the customer, understanding their needs and helping them through the onboarding process. You will also be required to identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities to existing clients, and act as a liaison between our teams and the customer to ensure a best-in-class customer service.
You'll be a self-starter, who's able to work under pressure, multi-task with ease and communicate clearly across a variety of channels. You will require a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their requests, complaints and questions
Keep all clients up to date with product enhancements, changes or glitches
Ensure that customers are fully satisfied through proactive communication processes
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to further brand loyalty
Act as a liaison between our teams and our customers to ensure that all product information is relayed accurate
Work with marketing, product and sales teams on retention campaigns to raise awareness and to help develop the product offering.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and make the appropriate referrals
Identify risky accounts and take the necessary steps to mitigate any cancellations
Operations support for Customer Success and Creative teams
Creating engaging reward promotions
Personal skills required:
Experience in customer service and account management
Tech savvy, particularly with Excel
Strong and accurate communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to work with data and provide insight as appropriate
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task
Goal focused, able to work under pressure and to set SLAs
A positive, pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
Good level of commercial awareness
