Working within Financial Services – you'll need to pass a soft credit search to be considered. Starting within the next one to two weeks until end of July 2022.
Client Services Advisor working within the Customer Operations department.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 until 17.00.
Working within this team you'll be dedicated to providing support, guidance and account management to contract hire and finance lease business.
duties to include:
– first point of contact to handle the admin of cases via telephone, email
– negotiating payment and charges with customers
– account analysis
– accurately updating relevant systems with details of account activity
– monitoring, diarising and completing daily admin tasks
You'll need to have a GCSE Maths and English level C or above (or equivalent) to be considered and be fully PC literate with a strong customer service focus and have excellent attention to detail.
