Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Client Administrator based in Milton Keynes for a prestigious company, with a great 'family' feel.

Salary: £21,500 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote.
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
The role…
As the Client Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
* Build rapport with your accounts, provide support to customers and internal Account Managers who use the online ordering and publishing system.
* Manage the Publisher side of targeted promotions, aimed at generating additional content ingestion and/or drive volume.
* Dealing with queries and providing general administration support to the team.
* Offers variety and the prospect to progress within the organisation into Account Management.
The experience required…
As a successful Client Administrator you will have the following:
* Previous B2B account management experience.
* Possess outstanding customer service and administration expertise with great attention to detail.
* PC literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and must be able to pick up new systems quickly.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role.
The role is both demanding and deadline focused, therefore you will need to be a self-starter, a strong team player who can prioritise your own workload and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
