Cleaning in the communal areas of MKC owned blocks/ flats
Work closely with caretakers of the blocks to report disrepairs and other issues arising
Reporting to Supervisors
Collect cleaning materials from 1 site and proceed to designated sites to clean communal areas
Support other team members where required (A/L cover/ sickness)
Must be a team player
Clean driving license (will be insured in using an MKC van during work hours, to and from work)
They need to have a parking space for the van as staff take these home after their shift/ start of shift
Vans are not permitted to be used outside of contracted hours and not authorised for personal use – fitted with tracking devices
Previous industrial cleaning experience preferable
Have good knowledge of Health and safety within workplace (will use cleaning materials/ chemicals)
