The main responsibilities of the role are to:
Visit, assess & review Customer needs to produce appropriate care plans in line with contractual requirements
Conduct thorough risk assessments in line with Health and Safety / Company policies and procedures
Liaise with other professionals with regard to client group and safeguarding
Supervise & monitor all Support Workers in the relevant area
Cover for Support Workers as & when required
Promotion of a professional image for MiHomecare in dealing with new care packages for Customers & commissioning authorities
To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced Support/Care Worker with up to a years' desired experience as a Field Care Supervisor, committed to delivering an excellent quality service. You'll also be able to plan and manage your own workload efficiently & effectively.
