WE ARE CURRENTLY SOURCING APPLICANTS FOR A FAMILY CARE PROVIDER WITH LOCAL COMPANY OFFICE BASED IN GERRARDS CROSS
NO CARE WORK !!!!!! NO ON CALL !!!!
IDEALLY WILL BE ABLE TO DO ALTERNATE WEEKENDS AND THEN HAVE 2 DAYS OFF IN THE WEEK.

Our client is a family run owner of a local company with an office in Gerrard’s Cross, Buckinghamshire who is truly focussed on looking after her team and growing her company rapidly building the team around them. This is a home care provider with all forms of Home Support, well established, and now seeks more Home Carers to join her team.
So what is the job of a Care Coordinator?
A Care coordinator a close relationship with a small team or care workers. Here is a brief breakdown of the role –
Weekly rostering and all the attributing areas to this responsibility
Working alongside outside organisations, our clients, their families – a real people person.
Writing and updating care plans
All office needs are suitably covered
Excellent telephone, written and communication skills.
As required to undertake client assessments and reviews alongside the senior care.
Providing excellent level of care standards, office duties, communications, admin.
So are you in?
Previous experience as a Care Assistant if you have the right attributes, or any senior care experience, domiciliary work or similar care position would be ideal. A well-presented candidate with NVQ’s looking for their first senior role equally could be a good match. If you also have Business Administration experience this will also be considered.
Experience in good computer knowledge all required.
A driving license really is needed.
